Return & Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day return or replacement only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products.

Eligibility for Return:
To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact, along with proof of purchase.

Return Request:
To initiate a return, please contact us at thriftsustore@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Our team will guide you through the process.

Important Notes:
- Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.
- Customers may be required to provide images or videos of the product for verification.

Damaged or Wrong Product:
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proof. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

Non-Returnable Items:
We do not accept returns for:
- Used products  
- Sale items  
- Gift cards  
- Personal use items  

Refund Process:
Once your return is approved and the product is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

For prepaid orders, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.  
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI.
